Connect Zoom so every recorded sales call turns into coaching your team can act on, without anyone taking notes.
Connect Zoom
Zoom uses a secure sign-in, so you never paste an API key or password into Precision.
- Go to Settings > Data Sources.
- Search for Zoom and click Connect.
- Give the connection a name you will recognize later, then confirm.
- A Zoom window opens. Sign in and approve access to your cloud recordings and transcripts.
- You return to Precision and the connection starts syncing. Your recorded calls and their transcripts appear as a data source you can build on.
One requirement lives on the Zoom side: cloud recording and audio transcription must be turned on in your Zoom account, otherwise there are no transcripts to pull. A Zoom admin can enable both under Zoom's recording settings.
Analyze a transcript with Claudia
Once your calls are flowing in, ask Claudia to read any transcript for you. She can:
- Summarize what happened on a call in a few lines.
- Pull out the objections a prospect raised and how the rep handled them.
- List the next steps and any commitments made.
- Check whether the rep ran real discovery or jumped straight to pitching.
Point her at a specific call in plain language, such as "summarize the call with Acme from last Tuesday," and she reads it directly from your Zoom data.
Run the Sales Call Reviewer
For a full, scored review, run the Sales Call Reviewer agent on a Zoom transcript. It classifies the call as a closer or setter conversation, scores it against the right rubric, and returns evidence for every point it makes. There are two ways to run it:
- On a call already in Precision: ask Claudia to review a specific meeting from your Zoom data, for example "run the Sales Call Reviewer on the May 11 call with Acme."
- On a transcript you have on hand: paste the transcript into chat or upload the file, then ask Claudia to run the Sales Call Reviewer on it.
Each review includes an executive summary, scored coaching dimensions with quotes from the call, a moment-by-moment timeline, discovery and objection analysis, the top themes to coach, a short practice plan, and a ready-to-send follow-up email. Reviews are saved in the agent's Manual Runs folder under Agents so your team can revisit them.
