What Claudia Can Do
Claudia is your AI COO inside Precision. You can talk to her in plain English and she'll take action, pull data, build things, and explain what she finds.
Answer questions about your data
The most common use: just ask. Claudia can pull trends, surface what's changed, and explain what she sees.
"What's our MRR trend over the last 90 days?"
"Why is signup rate down this month?"
"Show me how leads are tracking against our Q2 goal."
She'll respond with analysis and, where it makes sense, a chart. No dashboard-hunting required.
Build and configure metrics
Claudia can create new metrics from scratch — pulling from a connected integration, calculating from existing metrics, or setting up a manual tracking metric. She'll ask the right questions to get it set up correctly.
"Create a metric for weekly new leads from HubSpot."
"Build a calculated metric that divides revenue by number of customers."
"Add a filter so I can see revenue broken out by marketing channel."
She can also update, rename, or archive metrics you already have.
Set up teams and scorecards
Claudia can create teams, assign who's responsible, and build scorecards that group your most important metrics in one view. Useful when you're setting up a new area of the business or want a clean weekly review setup.
"Create a Sales team and add our top five revenue metrics to it."
"Build a scorecard for our Q2 marketing push."
"Move the churn metric into the Customer Success section."
Help set goals and plan quarters
Claudia can help you think through targets, do the math, and then actually create the goals inside Precision — connected to the metrics that will track progress.
"We want to grow from $40k to $55k MRR this quarter. Help me set that up."
"Create a Q3 goal for the sales team to close 25 new accounts."
"Build an annual plan with $600k revenue target and break it out by quarter."
She'll create the goal, attach the right metric, and set monthly milestones so you can track week by week.
Add context to your numbers
When something causes a spike or a dip a campaign launch, a slow week, a one-time deal you can ask Claudia to leave a note directly on that date in the metric. That way anyone looking at the data later knows what happened.
"Add a note on March 4th: we ran a flash sale, expect a revenue spike."
"Note that we paused paid ads on April 10th."
Help during onboarding and setup
If you're new to Precision or adding something new, Claudia can walk you through setup recommending which integrations to connect, which metrics to start with, and how to structure things based on your business.
"We're a SaaS company at $80k MRR. What should I set up first?"
"What integrations make sense for an e-commerce brand?"
A few things to know
Claudia works within your account only she can't see other clients' data.
She'll ask clarifying questions when she needs to before taking action.
Anything she creates can be edited or undone, nothing is permanent without your confirmation.
You can use her inside the Precision app or directly in Slack once connected.
